Airline chicken is a food dish consisting of boneless chicken breast with a drumette attached. The skin on the breast with the first wing joint and tenderloin is attached, if not boneless. This piece is also known as the French breast. It is also known as "statler chicken," a name derived from Boston Hotel Statler, built in 1927 by E.M. Statler.
